This
is a 1958 New York Yankees Team Photo Premium, with
Facsimile Autographs on the back. These premiums were
mailed to Yankee Fans in response to photo, or Autograph
requests. The Photo was tri-folded to fit in the mailing
envelope. I do not know who made This rare premium but
Jay Publishing seemed to have their hand in everything
the Yankees put out.
